Conference demand arrives as a peak
A restaurant consumes evenly through the day. A conference does not: the coffee break of a two-thousand-person session lasts twenty minutes, and what is consumed in those twenty minutes can exceed the daily total of all the hotel's restaurants. Stock is planned around that, and running short is not an option — nobody is waiting for the hall to empty.
Twelve thousand square metres, one standard
Thirty-two meeting rooms and two ballrooms can host different events at the same time. The same product has to appear the same way in all of them; presentation that changes from room to room is the first thing a corporate client notices.
What this demonstrates
That we can supply at conference and banquet scale, meeting peak demand. Within hospitality this is a separate discipline, and not every supplier can meet it.
