Distance Sales Agreement
Susteez distance sales agreement: parties, product details, design approval, print and quantity tolerances, and the withdrawal-right exception.
This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version of this document shall prevail.
Parties
SELLER: Kullanat Tahta Ambalaj Sanayi Limited Şirketi. BUYER: The person/organisation declared in the order form. The seller's contact and registration details appear in the footer.
Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER's website.
Product Information
The type, quantity, material, print specifications, price and payment method of the product appear in the order confirmation. Susteez products are manufactured specifically for the person/business in line with the logo and design instructions provided by the BUYER.
Design Approval
For custom printed products, the SELLER sends a digital design proof to the BUYER before production begins. Production starts once the BUYER's approval is received. The design approved by the BUYER is taken as the basis; the SELLER cannot be held responsible for design-related errors after approval.
Print and Quantity Tolerances
In printing on natural materials (bamboo, wood, kraft paper), deviations in colour tone within industry-accepted limits may occur due to the natural texture and colour variation of the material. In printed production, deviations in the ordered quantity may occur due to the production technique; the invoice is issued based on the actual quantity delivered.
Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception
Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs. All our products bearing a logo, brand or custom design print fall within this scope. Orders may be cancelled before design approval is given and before production begins.
Defective Products and Returns
The BUYER is obliged to inspect the delivered product. For shipping-related damage, a report must be filed with the courier at the time of delivery. Returns/exchanges may be requested in cases of manufacturing defect, production differing from the approved design, incomplete delivery, or documented transport damage.
Competent Court
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction where the BUYER is a consumer; where the BUYER is a merchant, the Courts and Enforcement Offices at the seller's registered office have jurisdiction.
