Frequently Asked Questions

How much do printed napkins cost?

We price napkins by quote, because the unit price is not a single figure: size, folding, paper, number of print colours and quantity decide it together. Some things you can see without asking — the minimum order is 48,000 units, the lead time is 7–9 days, and the plate charge falls once per colour. Finish your choices in the configurator and send them; we prepare the quote and email it to you.

What's the difference between waiter fold and square fold?

Waiter fold (1/8) is easier to carry by hand during service; square fold (1/4) sits wider and more impressive on the table.

Is there a price difference between kraft and white napkins?

Yes, white napkins cost slightly more due to the bleaching process compared to kraft.

What's the 33×24 narrow fold used for?

It's designed for bar service and napkin needs placed next to narrow glasses.

Does full-colour printing add cost?

Yes, but it significantly increases visibility on the table and brand impact.

Why is the minimum order 48,000 units?

Napkins are printed on a flexo line and the line cannot take a job below that quantity; setup, initial waste and cleaning are the same however much you print. For smaller needs an unprinted napkin is a good middle ground — it comes from stock, so no minimum applies.
