Frequently Asked Questions
What can go inside the kit?
Bamboo or wooden fork, spoon and knife, a bamboo straw, a printed napkin, a wet wipe, sugar and salt. You pick the items one by one and the sleeve is sized to what you choose.
I want 10,000 kits, but the napkin minimum is 48,000. What happens?
The kit itself starts at 10,000, but a printed napkin and a wet wipe have their own production minimums. If your kit quantity is below them, the difference is still produced and shipped to you separately — you will see it as its own line in the order summary. Unprinted components have no such limit: they come from stock, so only the quantity the kit needs goes in.
Is the printing only on the sleeve?
No. The sleeve is printed as standard, and the napkin, the straw body and the cutlery handle inside can carry the same artwork. Using one design across four surfaces turns the whole kit into a single brand item.
When does the lead time start?
The 12–14 days start when you approve the artwork, not when you place the order. A delayed approval moves the delivery date by the same amount.
