In a small property every guest interaction is visible; there is no volume to average a flaw away in.

Few rooms, high visibility
In a hundred-room hotel every item reaches every guest. In a five-hundred-room property a flawed batch can disappear into the statistics; in a hundred-room property it cannot. Batch-to-batch consistency matters more here than on high-volume work — the opposite difficulty from the Aura Group job.
Low volume, same standard
A small property places small orders, and at most manufacturers that means falling to the bottom of the priority list. For us a low-volume order occupies the same place in the production plan as a large one: the same line, the same checks.
What this demonstrates
That we can meet the expectations of boutique-scale luxury properties without the advantage of volume.
Minimum quantities are discussed separately with smaller properties; unprinted products carry no minimum.
