Five years running, two sets for two meal experiences
Winning one order is one thing; remaining the supplier for five years is another.
| Client | Surinam Airways |
|---|---|
| Duration | 5 years, uninterrupted |
| Scope | Two separate sets for two meal experiences |
| Distance | South America — long-haul shipping |
The real number is five years
You win an order on price; you do not stay five years on price. Changing supplier in airline catering is not a cheap operation — the set is re-approved, dimensions are re-verified, crews are retrained. A customer choosing not to do that for five years means there has been no recurring problem on delivery or quality.
Two service tiers, two sets
Two different meal experiences are served on the same aircraft, and each has its own set. This is not one product made in two quantities: two compositions, two dimensional targets and two separate print designs, run inside the same production plan.
What this demonstrates
That we can sustain long-haul export as an ongoing relationship, and run more than one service tier in parallel for the same customer. For a buyer looking for a long-term supply agreement, the single most useful indicator is how long a supplier has lasted somewhere else.
On work that requires continuity the design and dimensions are approved once; repeat orders are not a new project but a slot in the production plan.
