The building itself is the statement
In a hotel that gave years to restoring three listed buildings in Karaköy, everything placed on a table is read against that standard. A plastic fork there is not merely a material choice; it is a detail at odds with the whole language of the restoration. Bamboo and wood were not chosen only for environmental reasons — they speak the same language as the room.
Supplying from opening day
A newly opened hotel has no supply history at that property: no supplier has been tried there. Being on the opening list means being chosen on the product and the process rather than on past performance at that address. It is also the moment a hotel group is at its most exacting.
What this demonstrates
That we can meet the opening standard of an international luxury brand. Being a supplier from a hotel's first day is a different threshold from taking over later.
For new openings the sampling and approval cycle starts months before the doors do; the calendar needs discussing at the outset.
