Cancellation, Return & Exchange
Order cancellation for printed products, which returns are and are not accepted, the return process and exchange terms.
This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version of this document shall prevail.
Order Cancellation
For printed products the process has three stages: (1) Order received, design in preparation — can be cancelled free of charge. (2) Awaiting design approval — can be cancelled free of charge. (3) Design approved, production started — cannot be cancelled as the product is made specifically for you.
Cases Where Returns Are Accepted
Manufacturing defect (print flaw, material fault); production differing from the approved design; incomplete or incorrect shipment; courier damage documented at the time of delivery.
Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted
Subsequent dissatisfaction with an approved design; issues arising from a faulty or low-resolution file supplied by the customer; texture and tone variation in natural materials; colour and quantity tolerances within industry-accepted limits; hygiene products whose packaging has been opened.
Return Process
Notify us with your order number and photographs. Our team reviews the request. If the request is upheld, the product is remade, the shortfall is completed, or a refund is issued. Refunds are made using the original payment method.
Exchange
Custom-made products cannot be exchanged for a different product. In case of a manufacturing defect, the same product is remade.
