Delivery & Shipping
Production lead times per product, shipping, delivery address and delivery checks. Lead times start after design approval.
This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version of this document shall prevail.
Production Times
Bamboo/Wood Cutlery: 10–12 days. Bamboo Straw: 8–10 days. Printed Napkin: 7–9 days. Wet Wipe: 9–11 days. Custom Kit: 12–14 days. These periods start once design approval is given; a delay in approval postpones the delivery date accordingly.
Courier
Shipments are made via our contracted courier. The shipping fee is shown in the order summary.
Delivery Address
The address declared at the time of order is taken as the basis. The BUYER is responsible for delays and additional costs arising from an incorrect address declaration.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect the package in the presence of the courier. If damage is found, have a report filed; damage notifications without a report may not be considered.
