Data Controller
Kullanat Tahta Ambalaj Sanayi Limited Şirketi is the data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Personal Data Processed
Identity (name, surname, title); contact (email, phone, delivery and billing address); customer transaction (order history, request records); financial (invoice details — card data is not stored by us and is processed by the payment institution); transaction security (IP, cookie records); the logo and design files you upload.
Purposes of Processing
Conducting order and contract processes; product manufacturing and design preparation; invoicing and accounting obligations; delivery and logistics; customer support services; fulfilling legal obligations.
Your Logo and Design Files
The logo and design files you upload are used solely for the production of your order. Without your written permission, these images are not used for promotional, reference or marketing purposes. The BUYER declares that they hold the usage rights to the images uploaded and that these do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Data Transfers
Your personal data may be shared, limited to its purpose, with courier companies, payment institutions, accounting service providers, hosting providers and legally authorised public authorities.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the Turkish Data Protection Law, you have the right to request information about your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
